Trinity Falls Fudge Walnut Brownies with Regina Hart

INGREDIENTS

1½ cups of margarine
1 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
2½ cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 eggs
1½ cups of wheat flour
2 cups of walnuts

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In one bowl, mix margarine, cocoa and nutmeg. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Combine the contents of the first two bowls, then stir in flour and walnuts. Mix well.

Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour brownie mix into pan and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
