Family Meatball Recipe with Marina Myles

1 lb. ground sirloin

1 egg

1 heel of day old Italian bread

salt and pepper

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

sprinkle of Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Approximately 1/3 cup ketchup

Mix well in bowl. Form into balls and slowly fry in olive oil on “medium”. Brown on all sides. Cook for a minute in the microwave to ensure that the meatballs are fully cooked on the inside. Put in marinara sauce and enjoy!!
