About Rachel Summers:

Tracy Sumner started creating stories, and characters to fill them, long before she could write. Later, reading her first romance set her writing in a different direction. Following her instincts, she wrote a historical set in her home state of South Carolina, CAROLINA ROSE, April 1999, then packed her cue cards and went to the Romance Writer's of America conference in 1997 to meet editors and agents. She sold to Kensington the following spring. Her novella, WHEN ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, is set for release in December 1999 in the Zebra anthology CHRISTMAS KISSES, and her second novel, TIDES OF LOVE, for February 2000. When she's not dreaming of making the NYT best seller's list, Tracy earns a living as a graphic designer. She is an active member of Romance Writer's of America and a devoted ferret owner.
