C. Courtney Joyner is an award-winning writer of fiction, comics, and screenplays, with over 25 produced movies to his credit, including Class of 1999,  Vietnam, Texas, and the upcoming The Return of Captain Nemo. He is a member of the Western Writers of America, the Horror Writers Association, and The International Thriller Writers.

Joyner was nominated for the Peacemaker for Best Short Story twice, once for Two Bit Kill and then for Christmas for Evangeline from the collection Six Guns and Slay Bells.  He writes a regular column in True West Magazine and is a regular contributor to the Western Writers of America’s monthly magazine, The Round-Up.
