The trauma of the blind date. It’s like being trapped in a bad, four-hour movie. Like shopping for Manolos with a maxed-out Visa. Like going for a massage and getting a bikini wax instead. Like…well, you get the idea. How many frogs can a woman kiss before a non-slimy prince comes along? There’s only one way to find out…

Love Is Blind (Or At Least Nearsighted) Theresa Alan

When it comes to dating, Heather’s been pretty lucky. Well, if you don’t count the verbal flasher and the guy who started going out with another woman halfway through their first date. If only she could find a guy like her first love. Now, the one who got away just may lead her to the one she can’t lose…

Cleo Barnes: Worst Blind Date Ever Holly Chamberlin

Nine months after Cleo Barnes dumped her cheating, lying boyfriend, she’s become a full-blown, she-devil man-hater. But when she spies her ex out with another woman, it’s time to get serious and prove to him and the rest of the world that Cleo Barnes is alive and well and getting a man…whether she likes it or not…

Love Is Like A Box Of Chocolates Marcia Evanick

Judith Howland is the queen of disastrous blind dates. On the road to finding Mr. Right, she’s been fixed up with Mr. Seriously Broke, Mr. Grope and Paw, and Mr. Certifiable. With all the good men taken, Claudia’s not willing to sample even one more guy from the fix-me-up box, no matter how tempting…

Just Jennifer Lisa Plumley

Breezy California girl Jennifer Merryn has a knack for picking fun friends and butt-enhancing jeans, but she’s got lousy radar when it comes to men. So why not let her friends choose her blind dates—thirty different prospects in thirty days. Armed with breath mints, lip gloss, and unlimited text-messaging minutes, Jennifer’s ready for the dating frenzy to begin—or is she?

Now, four women who think they’ve seen it all are about embark on an odyssey where nothing is too weird, too hot, or too wrong for words. But sometimes what looks like disaster is actually love in disguise…

About Lisa Plumley:

Versatile author Lisa Plumley's fresh, funny style has been likened to such reader favorites as Susan Elizabeth Phillips, Jennifer Crusie, Jill Barnett, and Jayne Ann Krentz . . . but her unique characterization is all her own. If you're looking for fun-filled, sexy romantic comedy, look no further than Lisa Plumley—and her new book, Falling For April.

When she's not reading romances, Lisa can usually be found writing one. "I feel lucky to have the greatest job on earth," she says, "creating stories I hope will touch readers' hearts, spark their imaginations . . . and tickle their funny bones, too." Her work includes contemporary romantic comedies, western historical romances, and stories in time-travel romance anthologies.

Lisa lives in sunny Arizona with her husband and two children, and in her free time maintains an author website at www.lisaplumley.com, reads romances and research books by the dozen, practices yoga, and spends time with her family—hiking in the mountains and deserts of Arizona, visiting ghost towns and historical sites, and watching classic movies.

Readers are invited to stop by Lisa Plumley's website at www.lisaplumley.com to read an excerpt from any of Lisa's current or upcoming books. Or, readers who aren't on-line can write to P.O. Box 7105 - Chandler, AZ 85246-7105 to be added to Lisa's mailing list and receive a copy of her current newsletter.

About Marcia Evanick:

Since her start as a romance novelist in the early 1990's, Marcia Evanick has not only won the devotion of a large following but has also received high acclaim in many competitions. Indeed, her debut novel garnered the coveted Waldenbooks Award for the most sales from a first time author in the category of romance. Thus far, Marcia's prolific career has produced twenty-six books.

Marcia decided to turn her talent towards writing romance novels from the moment she picked up her first book of that kind and fell in love with the genre. But, for her, writing is not the most important aspect of life. Her wonderful family holds that distinction. Along with her husband Michael, Marcia has raised five children--Michael, Angelique, Keith, Cassandra, and Savannah. The brood makes their home in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Her hobbies include attending all of her children's sporting events, reading, and avoiding housework. Marcia knows that her skills do not lie in the culinary arts and therefore avoids the kitchen at all costs. Luckily, her husband not only cooks but also pretends to enjoy anything she sets before him at the dinner table. Marcia's amazing spirit is evident in the fact that she believes in happy endings, children's laughter, the magic of Christmas and, of course, romance.
