Jane Toombs a.k.a Jane Anderson, born in California, raised in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is now living in beautiful northern Nevada with a man from her past and a kooky calico cat named Kinko. Jane is the author of over 60 published books. Three of these are in electronic format.

Though she has written under her own name for Kensington in the past, she's also used several pseudonyms: Ellen Jamison, Olivia Sumner and Jane Anderson. She writes in all of the romance subgenres and also in the horror and fantasy genre.

LOVER'S MOON, a 1997 Zebra release, won the 1998 Fantasy, Futuristic and Paranormal RWA Chapter's PRISM AWARD for best dark paranormal romance.
