Not Your Mama’s Drama Contest
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.

Contest entries must be received by May 31, 2009.

Winning entry will be selected no later than August 31, 2009.

To enter, fill in the information on the entry coupon. All U.S. residents can enter. Up to five (5) submissions be person or email address will be valid. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at the Web site or elsewhere, will not be eligible.

Kensington Publishing Corp., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Web site, or otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the “Not Your Mama’s Drama” Contest not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort.

Five finalists will be selected by a member or members of the marketing & editorial staff of Kensington Publishing Corp. (the “Judge(s)”). All five finalists’ submissions will be published on the Girlslife.com and kensingtonbooks.com websites. The winner will be the person whose submission received the greatest number of valid votes (“Votes”) from the public and who satisfies all of the rules (“Qualified Winner”). Any U.S. resident can vote, only One Vote per person or e-mail address will be valid.

The Judge(s) will tabulate the Votes and announce the winner on the “Not Your Mama’s Drama” page on girlslife.com and kensingtonbooks.com. All decisions of the Judge(s) are final and binding.

The Qualified Winner of will receive a collection of signed books for their library and a year-long subscription to Girls’ Life magazine. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected, at the sole discretion of the Judge(s). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $150. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prize is not transferable. No substitutions for the Prize except by Kensington Publishing Corp., in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
